Petrol vs. Diesel Fuel Systems

The most significant difference between servicing petrol and diesel-powered vehicles is the fuel delivery system. In a petrol engine, spark plugs ignite the fuel mixture, whereas in a diesel engine, compression of the air/fuel mixture causes it to ignite.
